I lost my father to suicide, and while that experience shaped me, this brand isn't rooted in loss, it's rooted in what I've learned since. One of the biggest lessons has been the power of staying active. Movement has a way of clearing the mind, building resilience, and creating moments of connection. That's what this brand stands for.

Our clothing is designed to move with you. The motto, "For the SOL", represents doing it for your soul, moving with intention and purpose, integrated with a semicolon, the representative symbol for suicide awareness. It's also personal, "SOL" was my father's nickname, and this collection is a tribute to him. It's a reminder that taking care of your mental health matters, and that movement can be a powerful form of self-care.

Giving back is a core part of this brand. 1% of all profits are donated to mental health organizations.
